Poor Josh ended up with diarrhea all day yesterday with terrible tummy cramps. I was very concerned that he would have it again today, so every time he went to the bathroom I would ask him about his, uh, number 2. (It is impossible to turn the nurse brain off, seriously.) We went to a movie then to McDonald's for dinner today. When Josh came out of the bathroom he announced to me, as he walked across the dining room, "My poop was normal, Mom!"
