Helping Out a Friend

**UPDATE!**
The week long fundraiser was a HUGE success! Through all of your selfless donations they raised almost $2500. Thank you to all of you! You can read Jen's humble thank you here.
**
Thanks again.
**
I will begin regular posts again, hopefully, today.
**
I have a friend, Jen, that has just started an amazing process in her and her family's life. They have just been approved to begin the process of adopting a child from Thailand. This is something that God has put on their hearts and they have been contemplating for several years. International adoption is a very expensive process and I had no idea until she broke it down on her blog. You can go here to see the details.
So in an effort to support them I have added a button to the left that goes directly to a Paypal account for them. If you feel led to donate to their fund you can just click on the button and make a donation. If you cannot give money I know that they will take all the prayers that you can give them. I am going to leave this post up for a few days so everyone gets a chance to see this. The button, however, will remain on my blog until their little one is home in their arms. Thank you for whatever you can give and for all the prayers. I know that Jen, Trent, Carson and Sydney will be forever grateful.

You are amazing! And you are right--we ARE forever grateful. And I especially love that you have been involved in the whole process from the beginning. Love sharing this journey with you! Thanks again for doing this.

That's awesome! I don't know you personally, but I thought your title might have something to do with Jen's adoption...and I was right! So, how did you add that link, and do you mind if I do the same to my blog? I think your idea is fantastic!!!

Hey! Sorry I didn't get back to your last email. It's saved in my inbox so I won't forget...um, wait, I guess I forgot. Anyway, I am still open to the idea we talked about...maybe in another month or so (when my morning sickness subsides and we're finished with homeschool) I can begin to plan...:) Would be fun!
