Fall Nature Walk

One day, while Bethany took a nap, the big kids and I took a nature walk in our front yard.

We were noticing all the beautiful things about fall.  Like our little yellow maple.

See all the little mushrooms in the grass?

We loved the red leaves in this bush.

Josh found a tree oozing sap.

And he noticed that the grapes were done for the year.

But we found that the apples were still going strong.  We also found a red and black soccer ball that wasn't ours.  Do you see it?

We picked some apples for apple crisp.

And, yes, we did use the stroller to push the apple bucket.

We found some sticks, too.

We love fall!
