Last week I wasn't saying this, but now that I have tried it again, it is now one of my new loves. So roll your eyes all you want, Kat, but I love kick boxing! It is a blast now that I have gotten the whole coordination semi mastered. I sweat like no body's business and it feels good. Last week was hard also because my heart was not very happy with the extent of the cario part of the work out. I have had some SVT (rapid heart rate, over 170 beat per minute) in the past. It has only happened once for a very brief time in my non pregnant state, but it occurred several times when I was pregnant with both my kids. And when I did the class last week it threw my heart into SVT, so I had to stop and do some deep breathing which is what makes it slow down. So I talked to the doctor the other day and he told me to pace myself. So that is what I did today. While they bounced and shuffled I just walked. And while they did jumping jacks, I just ran in place. It made a huge difference. I love that I can say that I love kick boxing!
I love my mom for coming over on Monday so I could go out to dinner with Sarah and Maria. I love that she painted Hannah's nails and made her feel pretty. And I love Sarah and Maria. They are just great friends and I always enjoy time with them.
I love my dad for coming over tonight and helping me give Josh his eye drops so, at least tonight, I didn't have to go it alone. I love that he sits and reads to Josh and plays hide-n-seek with him. I love that we live back home so that he can just pop in for a little help and good company.
I love my mother-in-law who watches the kids EVERY Tuesday night so that I can enjoy an evening with adults in my in home bible study group. I love that she loves to be with my kids and helping out!
I love that Hannah will rub Josh's arm, get him a Kleenex and hug him while I am giving him his eye drops.
Shad. I love Shad and how hard he is working over there in the desert so that he can get that job done and come home. I love it when he emails me and tells me what is on his mind. I love that he calls me every night to say goodnight. I love that he drove all the way home, through snow, to be home with the kids this weekend so I could attend the woman's retreat for church. I love that he stayed later on Sunday than he wanted just so we could have a half hour of face to face time together. I just love him!
Lastly, I loved the woman's retreat this year. Great girls, great worship, and great work done by God on me and other girls at my table. I love that He is faithful, merciful, patient and full of grace! Every year they randomly hand out cards with a special scripture on it to each woman. I love the verse I got:
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28

Amen and Amen! Great list. We should all be counting the things that we love--stay positive! And the thing about Hannah with Josh during the eye-drops...stop it! Too precious.
I tried not to roll my eyes. Didn't work! lol
Love ya,
Kat
I think that's a great reoccurrence because you can find something new to love every day! I love that right now Emma is playing with her new 'toys' from church that are an angel and Mary. She just said "Jesus" and I don't have to worry that she's saying it in a bad way! ;o)
